Questions before you pre-order
Why pre-order?
Your boxes cost 15% less. Pre-orders open in a few days: design your box today, approve it and pay once they open, and we ship by 31 January 2027 at the latest. The discount is on the boxes; delivery is charged as usual.
When will I get my boxes?
We expect to ship by 31 January 2027. Checkout states the date before you pay, and we email you the tracking number when your boxes are on their way.
Can I cancel a pre-order?
Yes. Until we start making your boxes, cancel it from its order page and we refund the whole amount to the card you paid with. Once we have started, they are made to your design and can no longer be cancelled, unless we have not shipped them by 31 January 2027: from then on you can cancel at any time, for a full refund.
What do I need to start?
Only your browser. Choose a box and its size, or start from one of our designs, then add your words, logo and colours. You can design and see the price without an account; you sign in with your email when you order.
Can I bring my own artwork or dieline?
Your artwork, yes: upload a finished design as a PDF, AI or SVG file and place it on your box in the editor, where its vector artwork stays sharp. To design in your own software, download your box's dieline as a template.
Where do you deliver?
To every country of the European Union and a number of countries beyond it. Checkout lists them, and prices the delivery to your address before you pay. Outside the EU, import duties are paid by the recipient.
From how many boxes?
From 25 boxes of a design. The more you order, the less each box costs: the price shows it for any quantity you type.
